Disassembled
Every Automated Manual Transmission is 100% disassembled by skilled technicians. The Main Gearbox goes though the same processes as our Manual Transmission rebuilds. The Mechatronic assemblies are also fully disassembled and each part is inspected, tested, and remanufactured or replaced. All reclaimed parts go through a final inspection before being sent off for assembly.
Remanufactured
Our Automated Manual Transmissions are remanufactured with all new bearings, gaskets, seals, and synchronizers, as well as all new air lines, fittings, and hoses. Only components that pass the highest standards for reuse are reclaimed. Mechatronic and electronic components are remanufactured and tested in our industry leading Electronics Reman Department.
Tested
All our transmissions are remanufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications. The Shift Assemblies, air systems, seals, threads, shift locks, splines, and bearings are all tested and everything is inspected, right down to individual bolt torque. Our technicians also perform air system tests with a leak down check. Each unit is run on our dynomometer under load to simulate real world operating conditions.
