Disassembly and Cleaning

Our technicians completely disassemble each unit. We discard all bearings and seals, and thoroughly clean all other components in our industrial cleaning washers and saturation tanks to prepare them for quality inspection before remanufacturing.

After a thorough cleaning, our dedicated inspectors inspect each component to verify that it meets both our internal and OE specifications. Any components that do not meet our strict guidelines are recycled or exported.

Remanufacturing

Our on-site parts department prepares each unit for remanufacturing to maximize efficiency. We have invested heavily in tooling to set a new standard in remanufacturing.  To ensure the correct preload, we use torque guns for assembly instead of impact wrenches. We also use presses with custom-made spacers instead of impact wrenches.  For accuracy, we press bearings with in-house tooling and drivers rather than heating and tapping, which can fracture the bearing. Each unit receives a new bearing kit and spacer.

Testing

Each unit undergoes a two-step inspection process to ensure that any potential faults are caught before it is shipped. The first step, a bench inspection, uses a standardized 35-point checklist to pre-inspect each unit. The second step, a final inspection, uses a rigorous 80-point checklist with computer guidance for accuracy.
