Disassembled

Incoming core are diassembled and every part is inspected to look for failures which are recorded in our system before being sent to the wash station for cleaning and remanufacturing prep.

Remanufactured

Each valve body is tested electronically in real world scenarios that simulate shift timing, shift points, shift pressures, and cooler flow in order to check for resistance on each solenoid.  Once tested, the valve bodies go to our remanufacturing cells to be installed.  All parts are properly cleaned, inspected, and organized for the remanufacturing process so we can build your units efficiently.

Tested

Once remanufacturing is complete, every unit goes through our hydrotest. The unit is plugged and air pressure is applied to test for any external leaks.  It is then ran on the dyno at operating temperature to test clutch pressure, main pressure, and cooler flow to ensure each transmission is shifting properly and according to original equipment specifications before it leaves the building.

Allison World products are tested using the Allison TCM to ensure each unit meets Allison test specifications.
