Weller Real Time Warranty is a partnership between Weller and the dealer service facility focused on maximizing uptime.  Dealer service representatives and Weller Warranty Customer Service work together to make the most economical choice to repair or replace the unit.  

Weller Warranty Customer Service will determine warranty coverage and limitatons based on the information and pictures supplied by the Dealer service representative.
